Architecture

Bartlesville, a unique town on the northern border of Oklahoma, has a history rich in culture and oil. There are several unique buildings, however, and I've only just begun capturing some of the architecture in watercolor.

"The Old Train Station." A town favorite, the old Santa Fe train station is now the home of Bartlesville's Chamber of Commerce.

"The Ice Tower." The famous Price Tower designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is currently being renovated into a hotel.

"High School Days." The old College High School is where both Tina and I graduated, in 1981 and 1967. It is now the Bartlesville High School.

"Midnight at the LaQuinta." Finally, one of the most beautiful mansions, the LaQuinta, is located on the campus of the Oklahoma Wesleyn University (formally Bartlesville Wesleyan College).
